I was born in the Philippines and lived there for a little over five years before moving to the U.S. First lived in California (north of San Francisco), then in New Jersey and now in New York for the last 18 years.
Its July 2006 and you’d think after being in the metropolitan area for over one third of my life that I’d be used to the weather. Not true. I don’t know which is worse, summer in New York or the rainy season in the Philippines. Personally, I prefer hot and dry (think Arizona) or eternal springtime. Maybe I should move back to SF.
I’ve thought about doing a blog for the longest time but haven’t really done anything about it until now. I’m afraid my writing muscles have withered away from having fallen into extreme disuse. Here’s hoping that I can get things jumpstarted again.
This blog will focus on a wide range of subjects, from food to pop culture to gay rights issues and politics to hot boys that strike my fancy. If I’m courageous enough, I might include some of my writing as well.
Welcome to my world.
