Scroll down below for some pix from tonight.

BBQ chicken, prime rib, brisket, sausage, spareribs.

Miniature pecan pies.

Peanut butter and jelly cupcakes topped with Reeses Pieces.

Then we went to Madison Square Park where preparations were underway for the 2007 Big Apple BBQ Block Party.

Pork shoulder being prepped with dry rub spice mix on its way to being smoked for six to seven hours.

Hill Country is located at 30 West 26th Street (5th Avenue) in the Flatiron district of Manhattan.
